Customer Serive Representative will initiate and maintain contact with potentiai and existing client-companies. Reps will promote company services and products while assisting with processing new orders. New orders may be finalized and closed by assisgned Office Managers or Administrative Assistant. Hired customer servive reps must have:
- Sales or Customer Service Experience
- Great Phone Etiquette
- Basic to Advanced PC, Cellular & Tablet Skills
- Able To Understand & Provide Mathmatical Quotes
- Communicate Marketing Models & New Products & Services Provided By Corporate Management Team.
- Provide Customized Client Company Solutions Quickly
- Be A Self-Started & Work In A Fast-Paced Environment
- Solve Problems Quickly By Providing Client Solutions Based On The Recommendations Provided By Management.
